In loving memory of my father, Mr. Wilbert Carney who taught me to love Jesus.

On
November 20, 1998 my father, Wilbert Carney, after being hospitalized for severe
3rd degree burns suffered in a home accident, went to his eternal rest and
reward in Jesus Christ, the one for whom he truly lived. At the age of 86
he burned with love and joy and zeal for the Gospel of Christ and was a faithful
witness of the power of the Cross. Please rejoice with us in his life and
legacy. And pray for us that the pain and grief will be short, that the memories
will be long and sweet, and that our reunion with Christ and him will not be far
away.
